Refund policy

All products sold by Monetise Africa are digital goods (downloadable ebooks and guides) delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products once they have been delivered or downloaded.

 

This policy is in line with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), which provides that the right to cancel a transaction does not apply to digital goods where the product has already been accessed or downloaded by the customer.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us at support@monetiseafrica.co.za and we will make sure you receive the product you paid for.
