Welcome to Monetise Africa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (monetiseafrica.co.za) and the purchase of any digital products we offer. By accessing our site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. About us Monetise Africa sells digital products — downloadable ebooks, guides and playbooks — aimed at South African creators and entrepreneurs.

 

2. Products All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically. Each product description sets out what is included. Our products provide information and educational guidance only. They do not guarantee any specific financial result, income or outcome. Any earnings examples are illustrative and depend on your own effort, circumstances and many factors outside our control.

 

3. Purchases and payment Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. By completing a purchase you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

 

4. Delivery and access Digital products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after payment is confirmed, via a download link and/or email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download and save your product.

 

5. Refunds Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

 

6. Intellectual property All content in our products and on our website — text, design, graphics and branding — is owned by Monetise Africa and protected by law. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share or publish our products or content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

 

7. Acceptable use You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to infringe our intellectual property rights.

 

8. Limitation of liability Our products are provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monetise Africa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our products or website, including any financial decisions you make based on them.

 

9. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
